Jessimae Peluso is a stand-up comedian, writer, and podcast host whose comedy blends raw honesty with sharp, high-energy punchlines. Best known for her breakout role on MTV’s GirlCode, she’s also hosted Netflix’s Tattoo Redo and Surviving Paradise.

With nearly two decades in comedy, Jessimae has built a reputation for turning personal chaos into catharsis—especially after losing both of her parents. That experience fuels her advocacy work with Hilarity for Charity and the Alzheimer’s Association, where she uses humor to bring visibility and humanity to conversations around grief and brain health.

Jessimae has performed worldwide with the USO, entertaining troops in Japan, Iraq, Poland,Norway, Bahrain, and Afghanistan. Her stand-up has been featured at Just For Laughs, New York Comedy Festival, and MoonTower, with TV appearances including The Joe Rogan Experience, Chelsea Lately, @Midnight, and Lights Out with David Spade.
