Anthony Fuentes, a Chicago-based stand-up comedian originally from Brooklyn, NY, began his comedy journey in 2011 while bartending in Chicago, using humor as a therapeutic outlet to cope with PTSD. Inspired by legends like Eddie Murphy, Richard Pryor, and George Carlin, he developed a sharp storytelling style infused with truth, humor, and nostalgia, drawing from his experiences in the ’80s and ’90s, fatherhood, and everyday life.

As a U.S. Armed Forces veteran, Anthony channels his discipline and resilience into his performances, captivating audiences nationwide. He has headlined top clubs including Zanies, The Comedy Cellar, and The Laugh Factory, toured major cities from Las Vegas to New York, and shared the stage with Mark Viera, Ralph Barbosa, and Ken Flores. Featured on WGN, he recently wrapped his debut comedy special My Way, now in post-production, and continues to bring his signature energy to stages across the country
